Twin Cities Goodtime Softball League

Please carefully read and complete the registration process.

To complete registration for intent to play in the GSWS the deposit payment must be received prior to the May 20th deadline. Only teams that have registered and paid the deposit will have an opportunity to be considered for representing the TCGSL in the GSWS. 

Payment will need to be paid in person to a TCGSL Board member or mailed to TCGSL, PO Box 580264, Minneapolis, MN 55458. Any payment mailed to the box must arrive BEFORE the deadline. Please make checks out to: Twin Cities Goodtime Softball League "TCGSL". In the memo include your team name and "GSWS Deposit."

2024 Available GSWS Berths:

A Division - Unlimited

B Division - Unlimited

C/D/E Division - 7 berths across the 3 divisions

Legends C - 2 Berths

Legends D - 2 Berths

Important Notes for all bidding teams:

• 2024 World Series deposit of $500 is due no later than May 20th, 2024.  Deposit checks will  be cashed and held until final bid awards are complete in late June at which time they will be sent to IPS for registration or refunded to non-awarded teams.
• In 2024, there will be a $500 hotel deposit needed to be awarded a bid. This will be due within 48 hours of bid award (GSWS playoff)
• World Series deposit is only refundable under these conditions:
  • Team participates but is not awarded a bid during the GSWS Playoff
  • Team retracts intent to bid by June 5th, 2024 or
  • Team retracts awarded bid by July 1st AND a replacement team is eligible and willing to attend.
